ABOUT
WHO WE ARE

INNOVVA.LABS is a startup born after INNOVVA Architecture & Real Estate, a company that combines architecture, sustainability and engineering to enable the creation of intelligent and innovative building solutions.
In order to address the high demand for new housing developments and the need to build more sustainably, while creating designs that are adaptive and resilient, INNOVVA.LABS created a future proof and eco-friendly building solution that consists of a modular and prefabricated hybrid system in timber and concrete to foster the creation of buildings with nearly zero waste material, high-efficiency during the construction period and high performance during the building life-cycle.
OUR GOAL

The construction industry is responsible for generating approximately 25% - 30% of all waste generated in the EU.
Buildings have great difficulty to adapt to future uses. Their components and materials usually become demolition waste at the end of their life-cycle with little chance to be re-used in the future. Also, building methods in many EU countries still use wet construction techniques which is labor intensive, time consuming and creates a lot of waste.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The building system proposed by INNOVVA.LABS can offer a fresh look into the construction industry by being able to reduce the building complexity (fewer parts), simplifying logistics (modules of similar sizes) and minimizing building time (pieces that can be easily assembled).
More so, this product (or building system) can offer a high value engineering to the building industry where cost can be reduced if produced on a large scale and building quality and performance can be accurately predicted beforehand.
